Program Director

We are seeking a driven professional to join our team and lead key initiatives for the Information Institute (II) and Griffiss Institute, managing impactful programs like AFRL/RI’s Visiting Faculty Research Program (VFRP) and AFOSR’s Summer Faculty Fellowship Program (SFFP). These programs bring 40-50 visiting professors and 10-15 graduate students to Rome, NY each summer, fostering academic engagement and advancing research. Responsibilities include program management, participant selection, communication with universities, and event coordination, along with maintaining documentation and ensuring quality in all deliverables. The role also involves driving modernization in project management, fostering collaboration, and supporting related programs like the Science and Technology Fellowship Program (STFP). Program Coordinator

Program Coordinator

STEM Enrichment Teacher

The Griffiss Institute is seeking up to two enthusiastic STEM educators to lead its new After School Enrichment Program, providing engaging STEM experiences for elementary students in grades 3-6. This year-round program runs Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM, and aims to spark interest in STEM through hands-on activities in coding, robotics, drones, chemistry, biology, and more. Responsibilities include preparing curriculum, identifying supplies, creating daily schedules, and fostering a positive, interactive learning environment. Ideal candidates have teaching experience, a passion for STEM, and a commitment to inspiring the next generation of innovators. Director of Aerospace Innovation and Partnerships

B3K Prosperity, in collaboration with Griffiss Institute, is launching an aerospace and defense innovation institute in the Bakersfield-Kern region of California, home to key military and research institutions like Edwards Air Force Base and NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center. The institute will serve as a hub for academic, industry, and government partnerships to foster economic growth, technology transfer, and talent development in the Greater Mojave Region, positioning it as a leader in aerospace and defense innovation.

The Director of Aerospace Innovation and Partnerships will spearhead these efforts, driving collaborations between key stakeholders and creating opportunities for technological advancements. This role involves leading technology transfer services, raising the visibility of regional assets, and managing business development initiatives with government, industry, and academic partners. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation, entrepreneurial opportunities, and enhancing the region’s role in advancing national security technologies.
