STEM Summer Camps Provide Education Beyond Classroom

ROME, NY – AFRL/RI, as part of its STEM Outreach Program, will once again hold summer camp programs for students at Griffiss Institute, in Rome, New York.

Summer has arrived and it’s time to start signing kids up for summer camps. And while many camps involve horses or camping out, others are meant to keep kids’ brains moving. These camps are specifically related to science, technology, engineering and math. These summer camps provide opportunities for students to further their education beyond the classroom, and learn real skills that can be directly applied to STEM careers and education.
