Tom was inspired to join the GI team at the beginning of 2023 by idea of providing mission-focused, non-profit services that better the United States’ tech and defense industries rather than being driven by a bottom line.
His advice for anyone joining the team: make the most of all the opportunities available between the AFRL Information Directorate and Griffiss Institute to enhance your education and skills because there are amazing experiences around every corner here.
And while outside of work in Rome, New York, Tom implores everyone to attend some local festivities and explore the local nature. As for the former, mark your calendars to experience Honor America Days: a vibrant local celebration that showcases Rome’s pride and passion. As for the latter, make it a point to visit Pixley Fall State Park and Trenton Falls to enjoy some beautiful scenes of lakes, woods, and canals.
