ROME, NY- Griffiss Institute welcomes the incoming cohort of teams to the HUSTLE Defense Accelerator, consisting of both 12-week and 8-week teams, the teams will be provided a unique opportunity to learn knowledge and skills to develop, market and grow their businesses and a special track focused on how to successfully work with the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies.
The Accelerate 12-week teams include Accessible Automation, Kquika, Drone City LLC, and Accessible Automation, while the Elevate 8-week teams consist of Paterson Aerospace Systems Corporation, EMPEQ, Cyberspara, BosonQ Psi, Imagine Aerial, and LLUME. These teams are committed to developing technology solutions, ranging from wireless temperature control systems to game-based learning platforms, to enhance our daily lives. The Griffiss Institute is excited to support these teams in their endeavors and looks forward to seeing their progress.

One of the cohort teams, Accessible Automation, inventor of the wireless temperature control system, shared their excitement for the program, stating, “We are honored to be a part of HUSTLE and look forward to collaborating with like-minded individuals to bring our technology to the market. This program offers us the opportunity to accelerate our growth and make a positive impact on the world.”
BosonQ Psi, a simulation software company, discussed their vision for the future, stating, “Our goal is to become the premier simulation software company utilizing Quantum Computing to serve enterprise customers. We are excited to be a part of HUSTLE and work towards achieving this vision with the support of the Griffiss Institute.”
EMPEQ, creator of the Fast Site Survey™, shared their excitement for the program, stating, “We are happy to be a part of HUSTLE and look forward to working with other innovative teams to bring our technology to the next level. This program offers us the resources and support we need to push the boundaries of what’s possible.”
Cyberspara, creator of the Digital-PASS, expressed their enthusiasm for the program, stating, “We are honored to be a part of the HUSTLE Defense Accelerator and look forward to collaborating with other like-minded teams to make the internet a safer place. This program offers us the chance to grow our technology and make a positive impact on the world.”
Founder and CEO of Paterson Aerospace Systems Corp. Kaylon Paterson expressed his excitement for HUSTLE. “I joined Hustle because I saw it as an opportunity to interface with AFRL and to find a place for my company in Rome where there is a wealth of expertise in IT and Cyber.”
IMAGINE AERIAL, CEO Gavin Snyder shared his excitement for the HUSTLE Defense Accelerator, stating, “We are pleased to be selected for this HUSTLE Defense accelerator cohort, our second collaboration with the Griffiss Institute. The GI has successfully helped us raise the bar before so we are eager to work with the Griffiss Institute again, collaborating with the other teams and Griffiss DoD partners to bring our technology to its next level. The program has already benefitted us in just two weeks with new contacts and collaboration and we are excited for our next chapter.”
